has anyone painted their fog light surrounds?

Looking for pics of cars that had their fog light surrounds painted to match body colors

Yes a lot of people have painted them. There are also a few companies that sell them paired.

I painted mine but the color of my strips. I also just had by grill(s) painted the same color and the rear between the back lights....the attached pic will show you the contrasting color scheme...

that does look sharp.
did you do the rear diffuser also or just thosE?

Well, I bought an after market OEM GFX from a guy that totaled his car. I had the diffuser painted CGM between the exhausts and the rest of the GFX is IOM. The fog light bezel actually looks better than the pic I posted. The pic shows dull spots that are not there.

It looks strange color matched imo, it makes the fog lights look cheap lol I want some carbon fiber ones, but don't wanna pay $200 lol

I think the cheap plastic surround makes it look cheap. They should of made the bumper like the Suburban bumper with the recessed fog light surround body colored and part of the bumper so it doesent look like a piece just thrown in there.
The darker the color, the better it would look
