OEM 1LE half shafts on a strip

I have 2014 1LE with stock power, solid subframe bushings, spherical toe Links, spherical lower control arms, and BMR lowering springs.

What are the chances that I snap my halfshafts at the strip if I use street tires? What are the chances I snap them with street radials?

How much is your car lowered?

May want to look into Hendrix offset diff bushings. When you lower the car, the axles can end up with more kink or angle (like a boomerang). And that can cause wheel hop.

I lowered mine too much and got wheel hop first time ever, and then broke an axle at the track. Since then I raised it back up, did the H offset bushings, and a set of DSS axles.

Are you running the offset diff bushings?

Funny thing is I knew I was now all of a sudden getting wheel hop, I was getting it on the street and then when I was at the track, I had it bad on my 4th pass and broke the CV joint on the passenger side axle.

I haven't decided if I want to mess with them or not. I'm lowered 1.25 and never really liked the cv angles. Not crazy about the idea of pulling the diff out again, I just had it out a few months ago doing the posi mod. I should have just done them then.
