24lbs, still sorting out boost drift and A/F ratios. Taking it in baby steps... 1843 rwhp
Spun momentarily at 6000 ish and right at the top at 8300 rpm. A/F ratios are tracking within 1 and 2 percent of commanded levels across the board. There is very little if any correction being made.

Enjoyed coming out and hanging out today and seeing Brandi stretching her legs on the dyno. That car is a BEAST! It was an interesting sensation sitting in the trunk for extra weight while she roars to over 8k rpms. Simply amazing!

Ok, so this is the last pull we made. We are happy to this point and ran out of fuel, literally... The C-16 drum is empty and the new drum shows up tomorrow.
I'm headed out of town for a few days for my older sons wedding. Corey will do the street driving tuning at some point. So on this pull, we called for 28 lbs of boost. The car made 1993 ish RWHP. 67% duty cycle, and this pull was made to 8,300 rpm's. We can easily add more boost when we are at the mile and don't have to worry about traction issues. When I left the shop Corey was mapping out the boost for my last license pass. Essentially I'll accelerate until I shift into 5th gear and then set the tach to a known rpm and cruise to the finish line. After that, we'll set the boost by gear based on traction. We want to just reach the traction control but not sit on it for the entire track.

There are several folks coming from Florida you could hook up with and Caravan along with. There will be a bunch of amazing cars and bikes running at the Texas Mile in just about a week from now. Come on out...

I do, but in reading the updated rules, it states I have to make a controlled pass between 205 and 225, which is a bigger window to hit. Corey already has a boost map built for the first pass which should allow for licensing up and shaking down the suspension. Make sure all is good.
I'll run the hell out of the car 1st to 4th, shift into 5th and look for a specific RPM on the tach... This will coincide with the middle of the aforementioned window. I'm leaving the house early mañana to go to the ranch to get the trailer, then to the shop to load her and headed to BlackJack Speed Shop in San Antonio, Huebner Rd location to get an alignment done. Corey set this up with Glen Smith who has been at the mile every time I've ever run there. They have a state of the art Alignment machine and take their time to get it exactly right...

Can they not give you a speed limiter for that pass to make it impossible to exceed your target range ?
