Was it for a bike rack perhaps? Or motorcycles?

It is perfect... in fact, now you will be fighting every beat-up piece of crap car driver in the company to keep them out of that spot every day LOL... soon as they see it, theyll be after it like ants at a picnic.

THIS. I fight these a++h++es every week at work, theyre complete savages, my BMW gets intentionally blasted with mud, grit, and whatever else these mouthbreathers can impact my SS and my BMW with every week.... no hope in complaining, I have sent emails and photos of the damage, and the property management company is helpfully unhelpful "well, sir, we ar SOOO sorry, but we dont get any complaints other than YOU"

I think he does, the trees look freshly planted and the grass looks just rolled out, you can still see the lines in it.

Enjoy it for now. It's only temporary. Someone else will come there that starts work before you and take it. Maybe someone also thought it was a great spot until you got there. Happens where I work all the time. Usually some soccer mom's mini-van, lol.

I`d put an orange cone there after you leave and maybe I said maybe no one else will park there most people won`t get out and move it because their to lazy. Watch for the sprinklers to come on and go out and adjust them accordingly.

Competition like that would be intense... better just to leave the car in it's prime spot, and take a taxi home.

No clue, why did they design it that way? Its also a pretty tight turn so I have to back in or it would be a pretty long maneuver to get in and out.

Thank you! I forgot about this too, I am going to make sure I park in a different spot on the day they come to landscape.
