Bagging my ZL1 while keeping fully functional MRC
I've been wanting to lower my ZL1, but due to functionality concerns with both getting in and out of my driveway (I already scrape at stock height) and driving around town, I have stayed away from installing aftermarket springs. The benefits you from an air setup fixes my problems, as you can adjust the height on the fly, but i didn't want to lose my MRC and PTM settings. So, I started working with an air suspension specialist named Shawn who owns Custom Functionz here in Maryland to figure out my options. Luckily for me, he figured out how I could have the best of both worlds. The car should be going on the rack sometime next week, as we are just awaiting the delivery of some of the one off parts that had to be fabricated offsite. I have started a youtube channel to document the build, so check it out if you'd like.
