6060 to turbo 400 swap

Most the stuff I've seen on here is pretty dated. So starting this to get some help and suggestions.
I'm planning on taking out the M6 And going with a turbo 400 for more Dragracing.
So please make suggestions
......Things needed ..... some optional Will add to list over time.

Yank set me up with a Flexplate and Torque converter that needs no spacers.
DSS sent me a driveshaft for a SS with ZL1 Diff.

Transmission ? From where and what options are actually needed? On the Th400 seems a mild rebuild with upgraded clutches is all that is needed for 700hp+/-
Dipstick ? Lokar has a nice flexible solution.
Torque converter ? Anti- ballooning etc ? Circle D seems popular.
What SFI Flexplate ? TCI
Driveshaft ? I hear DSS has the measurements for two styles .
Shifter ? Seen a few B&M suggestions please
Crossmember ? Stock M6 can be used. One hole needs drilled.
Transmission mount? Assuming Standard TH400/350?
Reverse light? M6 just use 2wire connection, A6 not sure yet
Neutral safety switch ? Seen one person break the wire going to the starter.
Rearview camera ?
Speedometer? Wheel sensors will take care of that!
Gear indicator ? Dakota Digital has some cool solutions.

Did mine last September.
Transmission ? I bought a core and had my local builder do a stock rebuild with Transgo shift kit with a 4l80 drum and 34 element sprag.
Torque converter ? Call Circle D.
What SFI Flexplate ? TCI
Driveshaft ? I run my stock one but modded the front.
Shifter ? B&M Pro Ratchet
Crossmember ? Stock M6 can be reused but what modifications need done? I cut the front out some abd just drilled one hole. The other hole was already cadt in the xmember.
Transmission mount? Stock TH400
Reverse light? I dont run one but will.
Neutral safety switch ? I dont run one.
Rearview camera ? I dont run one.
Speedometer? Mine never stopped working. Reads ABS as backup.
Gear indicator ? I dont run one.

I called RPM and got their plug and play kit. 4L80e is basically a TH400 with an extra gear and a brain. I'd call them if I were in your shoes.

Th400 is real simple. All you need is a vacuum source off the intake manifold if not going manual valve body. I dont recommend that if driven on the street. Too much constant pressure and will wear the pump out.

Have one as well

Transmission ? FTI level 3 with the ultra bell housing, for drag racing
Torque converter ? Circle D converter, ptc is also great
What SFI Flexplate ? TCI
Driveshaft ? DSS.
Shifter ? B&M bandit but if I had to do it again, I'd get a tci outlaw just because it looks nicer
Crossmember ? I used my stock auto crossmember, but the manual could be modded to fit
Transmission mount? I used the energy mounts
Reverse light? Yes
Rearview camera ? 2010 no rear view mirror
Speedometer? Never stopped working
Gear indicator ? None, I learned quick

I can move the shifter over a touch to center it up between the button and lighter but doubt it will clear still. Im not concerned.

I use a Lokar firewall mount one. I dont have it mounted though. Just laid up on the back of the intake.
