Showed up @ 730 this morning from Ohio . A bit dirty from all the rain , got her clean up and in her new home. Just have to finish the drywall and paint but she's in the Florida Sunshine now .

Got it a year ago after my 2010 was totaled after I told myself I wouldn’t get another SS. Then found this one a couple weeks before thanks giving with 54k miles on it. Now she sits at 60k miles. I’ve painted the calipers, I installed the hood vent, installed a 1le 3.91 diff in the rear, did subframe bushings, trailing arms, outter trailing arm bushings, rear sway bar, and got niche gt5 rims all the way around as well as wrapped the entire center console in leather.

So did the 45th crowd die off? I have been enjoying mine . Had it at a local car show . I was surprised on how many people thought it was a custom colour I had the car painted.

Well up in NY it’s real cold and some snow tonight.
I have been itching for a quick drive.
I may go out before they salt the roads

There you go. It’s been a long time since I was out there. The local club I think is still around but I do not believe that it is the size it used to be.

Iirs sort of funny . Before I got mine .I had seen 2 others in town .1 being a vert SS. Actually in the same area. Now nothing .But then again this last weekend Florida was a little damp.
I did take it to car car show 2 weeks ago. Had a lot of interest in it . Actually the local Camaro club is having a meet on Saturday. One of the designers of the Camaro is going to be there for a little meet and greet. My understanding is he is a local gentleman. Just got done putting splash guards on . According to FedEx tracking my heritage grille will be here today. Then the have to decide whether to color match the trim .
Man these 5 the gens sure have came a long ways from the 1st . But then again I only paid 500 for my 69 Camaro SS396 in high school. It did come home in parts but was driving it by the end of summer.
You guys up north in the snow . I hope you have an early spring.

What did you end up with for a replacement?. I really don't like the back up screen in the mirror.
