In order to get a welcome package your car must have that special code on the order I forget R6P or something like that...

MY dealer told me that although my car was showing the code on the print out, it was not actually recognizing the code so he actually changed the order back in March by RE-ADDING that special preorder code..... (this is shown on my workbench printout he gave me)..

SOOOOO maybe there was a glitch in GM's system that the pre-order code didnt "take" for lack of better words.. ?!?!

I got it today, is the sketch number on the bottom right of the picture? if so mine is 761 and i ordered in March.

They had to print more? No, I don't doubt your word, I'm just thinking what poor planning on GM's part, especially since the original production guide number was base on at least 15,000 vehicles through Q3!

They responded today stating that I would have my welcome packet within two weeks. I'm not sure if it would help if individuals emailed them or if it has to come from a dealer. But if you have a dealer that doesn't seem to know, have them email CLT@chevylaunchhq.com with your name and work bench number.

Welcome kit just arrived on Friday still waiting on VIN. # its close now very close and waiting patiently,worth the wait, don't get frustrated my little drooeds.......:party0048:

OMFG AFTER 6 MONTHS it FINALLY GOT HERE !!!!!!!

No big deal.. EXCEPT now chevy can reach me via email since I logged on and entered my email address... AND I NOW KNOW CHEVY KNOWS I ORDERED THIS CAR !!!

the numbers on my order are _08887854 I hope to god that those are not the last anything of my vin... as I ordered my car 10/13 !!!!!!!

...................... now a VIN will make me REALLY happy
