you need some lights on the engine compartment so whenever you open the hood the engine will give off an orange aura, and have the lil 'aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh' chorus in the background (holy grail style). Looks great, definitely sets your ride apart!

Not to jump on the pile, but not my style. Kudos for trying something different though.

You mentioned under hood lighting: Why not go for a red-hued light? Maybe it will make it look less gold toned, and more 'Tomato soup Orange' that the IOM tone is.

Is there a web site for this product? I am interested to learn about this process.

That looks like you took a spray paint can and...oh wait, you did.. If it was sanded, buffed, and then clearcoated...maybe it would look better.. Now I have to say it does look different and is very unique. I have to give you credit for trying something new and exciting. the stripes on the car look great

spray on chrome

Its out of florida, first they base coat, then chrome, then the color you want, then I had the details airbrushed then clear coated. Do a search for sprayonchrome and you will find the link. You will have to call to find someone that went to their factory training in your area.

And to the person who posted the brother in gold underware, what the hell are you really thay gay to have that on your computer I hope you looked it up and not your cell phone screen saver. To each is own like you "men" are saying.

I was at the car show he was talking about I have a SIM and was parked right next to him and I'll tell you I might not have done the same with the engine but it actually looks nothing like the picture under the hood it looks completly orange , it does not look gold at all , everyone really did like it and he had crowds all day and they all ignored my car . Like I said the picture does not do it justice it does look good in person so go a little easy on him, I do think it would look better with just the orange color without the chrome shine

I would at least make it 2-toned... with regular chrome or back.

I'm not feelin the uni-colored engine cover.

if you get sick of it.... just get a CAI and remove the engine cover.

gotta agree with you, while I might not care for his choice of colors it all boils down to its his car, he likes it and thats all that matters. Different strokes for different folks. It's also good to see people speak up when you have idiot responses like some of the ones in this thread.
