Usually the time doesn't start until you move, the lights are for reaction timing and competitive purposes.

Do as I suggest and get a proven cai like a CAI inc, ADM or Vararam. Have Jannetty send you a tune to load into your Diablo or if there is a really great tuner in your area get a custom dyno tune. I bet anything your not much faster than stock maybe even slower than stock with those wheels. Unless the bling is really important to you I would sell the wheels and tires as well and get some TSW Nurb's in 20 or 18inch. With the new wheels and sticky tires, new tune and new CAI you should have no problem running 12's in good DA.

The scoop is not gonna help the problem with that intake. If you want a good looking one that performs well get the CAI inc.

The 1LE pulls, but it doesn’t seem to have much more authority than a normal SS.
All the newer cars (SS and 1LE) also have an electric power steering pump...so they use a little less power than say my 2010 SS...but probably not even enough to notice the difference.

Actually its because of this that 2013+ cars dyno slightly better then our 2010-2012 cars. It's like doing an AC delete or adding UD pulleys, etc.
