There is a grill at the airport. Grant it, it's not a 5-star restaurant but they do sell burgers and sausages along with soda and chips.

Hey George and Kevin! Count me in this year! If you need someone in a group to help with directions or pictures I'm happy to. I have a little familiarity with it

George: Going to PM you in a bit.

Although the run is geared towards the Camaro with an extension to the Corvette, we would also welcome a fellow Detroit Iron to join us. However, we do ask that all non-Camaro's try to stay towards the back of the group.

If your friends do want to join, just let me know their names (or some other way to identify them) so they can be added to the list.

Their kielbasa sandwiches were pretty good last year......

My wife and I enjoyed sitting at a table with a group of older, retired pilots that were talking about the old biplanes they owned. I mentioned one being a Stearman, and one of them corrected me rather happily......they asked what we flew in on and I pointed to my Camaro......LOL

'Nice looking car' he said. That was when I still had my Silver '12 2LT

Again, I am offering to meet anyone interested in doing this to stop at the Perkins Restaurant in Doylestown at around 8:00am, and then we will leave as a group with a departure time of no later than 8:15am. This meeting spot is basically where Routes 313 and 611 intersect, and should be easy to get to for those interested. The address for the Perkins is:

4319 West Swamp Road
Doylestown, PA 18902

I would ask that anyone interested to please PM me so I know who to expect to meet there. This cruise primarily works for those who are north and west of the Washington Crossing meet site that would or could pass through the Doylestown area on the way.

Those that participated in the "Cruise to the Cruise" in past years have appeared to enjoy this cruise, through another part of Bucks County not often traveled, as a warm up for the "big event".

Looks like this year's Covered Bridge Cruise will be another great event with a record amount of attendees!
I think it will be too early for me to meet at Perkins. I'm not sure the route you take over to the meeting spot but 1 year we went on Pineville Rd then got onto Woodhill. That year the group made a right onto Woodhill and cruised through a little neighborhood then followed it down to river. If you stay on Pineville and Don't make that right, you'll run into a stop sign where the road tees to make a right then your next left onto Woodhill. It's the same distance as other way with the advantage of this route having is a little history lesson for everyone.

Right after where you would normally turn right, if you stay on Pineville on the left you'll see a beautiful farmhouse and barn setting. These buildings were Washington's Headquarters when he planned and prepared to cross the Delaware river.

If I can get out early I'll meet at Perkins but for now planning on meeting at the park and looking forward to saying hi.

Thanks I didn't realize this! (Probably because my eye was glued to my cameras viewfinder all day)

It looks like we can't make it this year. I have to work. We look forward to next year. It looks like the weather will be great again for everyone to enjoy the drive.
