No. They are there to help with painting them. You can run some fishing line through the holes and hang the part. The tab with the holes should slide under the rear seat. It is easiest to install by sliding it in from the side. And I am still waiting on the new 3d printers to arrive. I talked to our lab guys yesterday, and they said it would still be about a month :/ If anyone has access to a 3D printer, I would be more than happy to send you the files needed to build the parts.
