I have this set up and does not need to be cut.

Are the turbo oil feed lines the same length? The instructions read as if the driver side should be longer, but mine are the same length.

Called AGP and they confirmed this. Justin was very helpful, lines should be approximately 29" and 42" to the restrictor. They were very apologetic about me getting sent 2 short lines, and the correct line is on the way.

Any suggestions on how much boost to run? Stock engine, clutch, and rear. Base AGP kit dual fuel pumps and 850cc injectors.

Going to depend on what your goals are and how much of a risk taker you are? Do you want to be conservative or are you more of a limit tester? Also depends on the competence of your tuner.

Since you have the AGP dual kit I am assuming you are running e85? If yes, the injectors will be your limiting factor as of now. My guess you would be limited to ~700 HP. Just estimating here, but around 8-10 psi (depends on your overall setup).

Conservative and 93 for now. Pat G will be tuning it remotely. I was thinking 6-8 psi until I get a clutch.
