Tow hook access

I have a 2015 ZL1 and was going to add a tow hook. I watched a few videos and read some threads and everyone's ZL1 seemed to come with an access cover you just pop off and drill into the crash bar to attach the bracket and tow hook, pretty simple and straight forward. When I go to my car, there is no access cover to pop off and trying to find out if there were just some vehicles they didn't add this to and why would they not just add this to all ZL1s considering most tracks require tow hooks and thats what the car was designed to do anyways? Anyone have any feedback on this, and how you went about adding a tow hook, I would greatly appreciate your input

I have had two 15 models and neither one had a access hole in the bumper. If I am correct on the 14-15 models there should be a hole already there on the metal behind the grill to simply bolt it on. I think the toe hook goes through the grill. Not 100% sure on this so maybe someone else will chime in and give you the correct way to do it. Now on the 12-13 models it is different and not sure on those. Someone here will help you get this figured out.
