You can alway try resetting the Velcro and tighten up the material but that's a lot of work.

Just went out and looked ... The corner of passenger seat has the same crease that OP front seat shows.
Rarely used and probably arrived from factory this way. Many compound angles at that point, probably extremely difficult to assemble/sew.

It is the way the seat cover was fitted during construction at the seat factory. Mass production means the seams are not always perfect and snugged up properly for contour with cushions. The seats are unwrapped and just dropped in as is on the final vehicle assembly line. I've seen brand new Camaros with much worse than these examples.
