#13122 IOM awesome

2SS RS LS3/6m IOM black rally stripes, black leather. Ordered 10-31, picked up Friday 6-19, by Monday 6-22 I had 900 miles on it. Thanks GM this car is awesome. This Camaro is really a dream come true. My stripes were not in so I had to take it without, but the stripes came in yesterday and were put on today. I have had so may compliments and people asking questions about the car. I even had a guy offer to buy it from me before I left the dealers lot. My car is flawless, no issues whatsoever! No mismatched paint on this IOM.
Pros: This car is hot! The interior is very nice. The seats are very comfortable on long trips. (There is nothing wrong with the steering wheel design, it is unique. I believe the Corvette and Cobalt share the same steeing wheel design). I what I can tell pretty much all the parts are unique to the Camaro, except for the engine/trans. My first trip home down the interstate at 75 it was getting 24 mpg. Yesterday when I took it back for stripes it was getting around 27 mpg, unbelievable. RS headlights are really cool. I also like the fact that with the black interior the pillar covers and headliner are actually black also, unlike other GM vehicles that I have, were the headliner is a lighter color with and otherwise black interior.

Cons: I wish the engine temp guage had numbers on it, because I find myself watching the Driver info center speedometer all the time. The trans temp guage numbers should start at 100 instead of 30. The GM accessories are not available or are hard to get at this point.

The long 8 month wait was worth every minute. I plan to drive it 2-3000 miles per year, it will be parked for around 6 months per year, and will never see rain or snow.

Here is a pre-stripe picture.
