My Experience with mixing E85
hello guys just wanna share a little bit of my experience dealing and dabbling with e85 flex fuel in my 2010 Camaro LS3 .... the car is currently a CAI Longtubes and dyno tuned on 93 ..... so I first started by doing 75 percent 91 pump and 25 percent E85.... car seemed to run great and felt good... next tank I did about a 60/40 gas to e85 ratio.... car runs really smooth... no exhaust smell pretty much and feels extremely torquey... so far ive run basically 55/45 ratio with no CEL and feels amazing on the pedal... just curious if anyone else has tried it with similar results ..

You are playing with fire man. This will not end well. Timing and fueling will be way off. I am assuming at risk for severe lean condition. The corn guys will correct me if wrong.

I understand the curiosity, buts not worth the risk imo.
Even bolt-on, cammed, converted and tuned for E we don't gain much unless forced induction. I can't expect you are seeing much at all, but are risking a ton.

Do it right and get an alcohol sensor and a flex tune then..... there’s plenty of posts about how to run E.
