Well, it was pretty obvious from the start of his posts that he was narrow minded and had no clue what he was talking about.
I hate ricers as much as the next guy, but you need to understand that that term does not mean every 4 banger ever made.

The scion looked good in a straight line. Although, even being a first time driver at sebring, Unless he was using the Ebrake to slow down, he should have been taking those corners more than a little bit faster...The extra grip wasn't helping him stay ahead of the corvette; It was the super high boost.
I'm sure the car is impressive though. I don't see why it would be a big deal comparison though. They're both beasts of a different nature. |

The Nissan Skyline R34 is something that is so legendary, that it should be classified as a UFO. BTW...That front spoiler looked retarded.

I stand corrected. Doesn't change the fact that building a 1000+ hp fwd 4 banger race car whether for track or drag duty is retarded unless you compete with other ricers with retarded setups. Kind of like the special olympics for cars is what it looks like to me.
also fwiw, I really like the R34, guilty pleasures I guess |

Are we back to debating whether the double-wing time attack car is rice?
Is a purpose built road-course car. Of course it beats the street car, I'm more surprised at the points where the z06 does manage a pass. So i guess we need to figure out what rice means... rice? I mean, It kinda has to be right? Its got a honda engine... or does it get a pass because the chassis is made by Dallara? |

Just ughhhhh....... yeah I want to buy a 4 banger I have to dump 10's of thousands of dollars into to (not be able to drive it on the street) ! Its a track car people, I could buy any American muscle car and dump that much money in and be an absolute ground pounder.... gimme a break with that chit !

Don't be silly, thats a purpose built racecar from the ground up. The Scion is a racecar built off an extremely modified inferior street car. See the difference? |
