Are you going to use a spray bar setup or a throttle plate for the shoot needed to hit 1100rwhp with the 2.9?

Those are great questions... I have you some answers in about 2 weeks after break in period...

Well what pulley setup are you running? What size harmonic balancer and what size pulley on the Whipple?

We went with The Innovators 10 Rib Set . 10% OD on the Damper and Starting with a Whipple 2.75 on the Top... 19+ PSI
Car Will Exceed 1100 RWHP with this Set up on E-85 and Meth...

I fixed it for you. I hope I'm wrong!

The IW 10%od balancer is 8.125od so...
8.125/2.75=2.9545 blower ratio
2.9545 X 6500rpm = 19,204 Max blower speed
2.9545 X 6750rpm = 19,950 Max blower speed
2.9545 X 7000rpm = 20,680 Max blower speed

I'm spinning my Whipple to a similar speed so I hope you are right on power but unfortunately physics don't seem to be on our side.
I think you will see closer to 14-16psi depending on cam/intake tract/exhaust. The Whipple is absolutely maxed out at this point (Whipple Max blower speed is 18krpm).
I'll look forward to hearing about your results..

Did you go with the 8.19 ATI balancer? Prepare to buy a belt, the one Whipple supplied me wasn't even close. Other than that the 10 rib kit was spot on
