Here is the thread from a Sponsor/member named CFD who was previously manufacturing and selling kits with detailed instructions for the crossmember flange.

If this is the route you decide to go it wouldn't hurt to contact them and see if you can get one:

Yeah I’ve seen this before great idea for sure. I however don’t do welding myself so not sure how I’d get this done without taking it someplace to get done. I’m afraid most of not all garages near me would see this as a liability issue and would pass on the work. That’s just the way they are. I could probably cut the section out myself and ask someone to do the welding for me. But I’m going to look into that first. However I’m pretty confident I can drive it into the oil pan and fish it out the oil drain plug using the wire I mentioned before. I just trying to avoid that and pull it out first as the oil is rather fresh new oil. I have a thing I don’t put used oil back in no matter how new it is just kinda a ocd cover my own butt type thing. If somehow something contaminated got in the oil I’m safe lol. If you guys haven’t noticed yet it’s my luck of something can go wrong it will.

Well just an update the broken piece of oil dipstick tube fell into the oil pan as I was trying to tap it. Been trying to fish it out with magnet etc with no luck whatsoever so I am getting a set of those flanges for the crossmember and dropping the oil tank. The magnet I was using somehow got stuck in there wouldn’t come out ended up breaking the darned thing. Anyways Oil Pan is coming out maybe I’ll look to add baffles while I’m in there. Kinda how my luck goes at least I can get the headers spark plugs etc done.

Might work for the end of dipstick tube. Maybe not. The magnetic piece I don’t hold much hope for. I think it got stuck behind the oil pickup (just a guess). Might see if I can get my phone camera up just right to the oil drain hole see if I can see either one. If so I might be able to get a pickup tool to grab hold of it. I got a few days to see if I can figure something out before the flanges get shipped and get here. Either way I may see what else is involved in replacing the oil pump maybe install baffles into the oil pan. Figure 94,000 miles it wouldn’t hurt to do it for preventative maintenance.
