Jap tools from the 70s were the most versatile. The distributor bolt on GM engines required an offset 9/16 wrench and we didn't have one so my dad took the 9/16 from a Jap wrench set he had, put it in a vise, and whacked it with a hammer a couple of times, and viola! Instant GM distributor bolt wrench!

I was lucky to have a set of these.
