First I've heard about the 400 cell cat vs 200 cell. Comments?

This is where forums can get dangerous. They are great for learning but are prone to spread bad information. The inside of a catalytic converter is made of many little cells of high value metals that take care of oxidizing the gases that were not fully oxidized in the engine. A 400 cell cat means there are 400 of these cells per square inch. As this number goes down, the amount of physical cells decreases therefore becoming less restrictive and increasing air flow. 400 cell is what many factory cats are rated at. Most "hi flow" performance aftermarket cats are in fact 200 cell.

So, performance wise a 200 cell cat makes more HP than a 400 cell cat. ?

I just ordered a set of Kooks 1 7/8th LT Headers and a set of their High Flow Green Cats as a Christmas present for my 2013 SS with NPP exhaust. They are out getting coated right now. Can't wait to get them installed on my Camaro. It will probably be a few weeks before that happens though. Hoping to schedule the installation and tuning on the 30th if they come back from the coaters in time.

200 cell is less restrictive, meaning it flows better and create more power.

You will absolutely love LTs and HFC into the OE NPP catback. Power and sound control.

So I haven't seen much about anyone purchasing the 2" ARH/Kooks/etc... For the minimal cost difference, is there a negative aspect to going with the 2" over the 1 7/8"? Judging by the initial post it seems like it would make the most horsepower, without a negative side to it (minus some extra cost)? Thanks, some great posts in here!

On a supercharged car like yours 2 inch is the way to go for sure. The only really downside is that they are going to be a little more difficult to install just because they are larger.

It isn't supercharged :( ... couldn't afford that level of vehicle. (Maybe one day, but that'd be years in the future). Just moreso interested for N/A purposes.
