MRR017 Tire Size Recommendations

Decisions decision... I've pretty much decided on MRR017 wheels gunmetal in 20x10 front and 20x11 rear. My current rear 275/40 tires are newish and I was planning to put them on the front and buy a new set of 315/35s for the rear. However, I'm also considering the ZL1 setup with 285/35 front and 305/35 rear. The car is mostly a good weather cruiser and I'm looking for a good balance of ride/handling and looks/stance. Any opinions out there on these tire sizes? Pros and cons? Here are current pics of the car with stock wheels and lowered.

Nice! You've split my options! What tires are you running?

I have 275/40 fronts and 315/35 rears, Nitto 555G2s. No issues.

Thanks glad you responded. I was going to ask you in your diffuser thread your tire sizes.

The only issue I had which is common for 2010 and 11 models is the passenger side e-brake cable rubbing on the wheel barrel. Looked like plenty of clearance when I put the wheels on but touches when the suspension moves apparently.

I’ll be getting my M017 on Friday in gloss black.
I’ll put my stock 275 PZeros in the front and in the rear I will run nitros 555G2 at 305
I wanted to save a few dollars and run the stock tires up front.

Hmmm I’ll have to look out for that.

Please post picks! That’s what I was planning to do with the stock rears until I got this crazy idea to change tire sizes up front.

I as well as others on here just tie the ebrake cable back so it doesn't rub the wheel.

Thanks guys! I'm leaning more towards the 315/20s with the 275s up front.
