I didn't know about Green filters. I was leaning towards S&B filters, but they don't make a drop in for our cars. The "negatives" about K&N in the video are spot on with K&N.

I’ve tried both the AFE dry and green filters, so yes, the SS and ZL1 use the same filter.

My only bug-a-boo with the AFE filter is the large rubberized area on the one side removes a fair amount of filter area compared to the stock and green filters. The only rational I can make for designing it that way is it gives something to hold on to when installing and removing the filter. Otherwise the reduction in overall filter area makes no sense.
