If discounts don't count as 'under sticker' then I'm amazed at how many 'Master Negotiaters' there are.

Sticker price meaning : WINDOW sticker (MSRP)
NOT counting USAA, GM card, CREDIT UNION DISCOUNTS or any of those Type discounts..
ALSO NOT with any DEALER ADD on's (like undercoating,wax job or any other
over priced dealer crap -that is just dealer markup)
GM dealer installed options (like factory GM strips or 21"wheelsetc.) would be part of STICKER.
Also ...

CASH FOR CLUNKERS = not counted as under sticker, BUT please POST those details......HERE in this THREAD.............
