I have lost almost 50 pounds in the last 2 years, must be me drinking more Glen Fidich? LMAO

Oh hell no i never drink nothing but whole milk, straight from a farm down the street from my house brother!!

Over the last five or so years, my wife and I transitioned to skim milk, and drinking whole milk feels like drinking thick soup...
