but they already had horses. The Mod Squad had to get a project scope together for ponies and pony tech support. Then accounting asked for more precise bid specifications on the ponies. Then the saddle. And so on. When they were done they had several complete proposals. As SOON as theycould they narrowed it down to two choices.
