It says the driver suffered life altering injuries.

Must be head trauma or something.

I read down a little further its a DWI and no seatbelt

It says it occurred on the ramp too, probably thought he could take the corner going 120... Even though drugs/alcohol were involved, still hope the guy is able to recover eventually. Wonder if he was a forum/club member.
