The 80's muscle cars from GM have amazing styling and I love them I have an 87 monte carlo SS and my brothers gota 85 IrocZ28 both are 305 and underpowered but when you swap to a nice 350 done up, with their weight, they are very fast and look awesome doing it.

Cool article, wish there was a database with all the old articles. I knew the camaro was geared poorly but Jesus 2.35's in the gt, that's nuts.

Ahhh, the 80's pony car battles- When zero to sixty was measured with a sundial. As much as it sucks, I had a brand new 1LE 5.7 IROC, and let me assure you, I got sick of Mustang taillights. I really don't know what was worse- Losing to mustang after mustang, or the length of time involved in a 1/4 mile encounter with either car.
