Best dealer for warranty work in DFW?

I'm wanting to get a good idea as to what dealer is the best on warranty work in the DFW area... Got a couple of things going on that I need to get resolved and haven't had much luck with Classic in Grapevine on previous issues.

Thanks Zman - I ended up bringing back to Classic and just got the call that "everything is working fine" from the techs - I just put in a call to GM to see if i can get them to escalate and figure out why that one particular dealer can't get it together.. Hopefully will have some resolution soon!

It's all in the service writer. Make friends with them and they will take care of you. At Classic, I recommend Marca. She's the only one I will talk/work with. Don't bother complaining to the service manager, Zorn is a dick. If you have an issue at Classic, go directly to Hagen Durant GM or Bently Durant Corp Atty.

Coincidence, his first name is my last name.

Gotcha Appreciate the input, I will see what I can come up with the contacts. I just want the service dept to fix my car, not find excuses to not fix it just because "GM Says So"

Well - After I ended up talking with GM and the owner of Classic, I was able to get things taken care of. There are a few folks there that still need to be fired but i've found that if you keep pushing and don't back down, they will eventually listen and get you taken care of. FYI - Zorn was actually quite the opposite, he was the most helpful of them all.

Appreciate everyone's input!

Glad it worked out for you. Good to hear someone had a good experience with Zorn. Maybe he has changed.

Front strut was bad, The first 3 levels of service told me it was "normal" noise and I shouldn't be concerned and that "all Camaros make that noise" Needless to say, it was a defective strut when they finally took it off the car and looked at it (and after I duplicated the noise while Zorn was riding with me and heard it.)

My car is so modded, they won't even touch it for fear of breaking something.

Sounds like it from your signature line! As soon as the warranty is up in October, I think i'm gonna start doing some mods to it.

My car was purchased as a toy. I had 651 miles on the odometer when the LS3 came out and the mods began. It is a never ending sickness.

Might I recommend Anything Automotive in Denton when you start your mods.
