It's not out early on any of the pirated sites... that I quickly searched.

That said, there have been a few rumors of people procuring it early in Europe before a street date was announced so there weren't legal issues about breaking a street date that didn't exist at the time.

Technically it's "street date" was a few weeks ago. lol I don't know. I wish it had more GM cars in it. I liked how Forza 3 had tons of them. I'm almost hoping (dear Lord why) that there will be downloadable car packs from manufacturers with lots more cars. Knowing sony there will be. The question is will it include a Saturn Sky or a G8 GXP.

Pre-ordered the GT5 Collectors Edition, and going on the way to work to pick up the PS3 GT Steering Wheel heard nothing but great reviews. Sold out online, but have some in stores. 6 more days i can't wait!

I'm really not happy with the car list. There's like 20 variations of the miata and no G8! GT is a heavy import car game. I was always a fan but passed on GT4. I caved and got Forza 3 for my 360 and so far I like it a lot more than GT. I'm sure it'll be a great game ,but I wish they would put more american cars in it. I know the Japan based customers can't wait to drive that SPOON or NISMO 82 turbo 4cyl but I could care less. I want a GT game with classic american muscle cars and modern stuff to. They like to show off how many cars are in it but half of them are just variations of the same car.

Picking mine up during the day sometime at toys r us for ~$20 (thanks TRU for giving me $40 GC when I bought AC:B and NFS:HP). Will probably be playing through next weekend, non stop, lol.

if you pre-ordered from gamestop they are usually good about getting it to you on launch day. well from my experience in the past.
