I guess that could be a case of installation misalignment. I know the guy that was working on my sons said they operated it at least 25 times and drove it around to make sure it did not move around and start giving the same symptoms. I did notice a couple wrinkles on his in the same place on both sides.

The fixes were on the line in February. I have an April 4th build.

And you have had no problems with your top? What is your Vin number?

91068 is my VIN. No problems yet. Top down 25 times in 1700 miles. Ask me at the end of August how it is.

Got to be sure they did a full replacement (mechanics, canvas, water management), and if it was a top after the water management system was expanded. Otherwise all they did was give you the same top you had. Seen this happen a few times already.

The Vin number of the one she found for me is 9133413, so it looks like it was built after yours was. Thanks for the info.

Mine ends in 9188330 and it is at the dealer for the same floor pan water issue. So yours could be suspect. All you need to do to test it is put your typical garden hose spray nozzle on the "shower" setting and spray the rear window for awhile and see if the carpet gets wet. Trouble is, I don't know how long it would take to build up enough water for you to notice. If you want to really know, take the back seat out (bench only), pop interior panel loose so you can get the corner of the carpet pulled away and take the threshold off. I suspect that would be enough so you can lift the corner of the carpet up. The water works it's way from the back corner of the floor pan foot well. You should be able to look with a flashlight or just stick your finger down there to see if it is wet.

That VIN is actually before my build. My build was on 4/4/12 9191068 which is the 91068 car off the line. The ones they found are 88330 and 33413. I would stay way the hell away from 33143. My first car was 3015. Find one with a build a thousand earlier than mine. If not, stay away from it. My 2 cents
