Any advice for a new drag radial owner??

I just ordered a new set of Nittos Nt05rs and 18" rims. My car makes 475 RWHP. I have 1000HP axles, BRM trailing arms, toe rods, bushing upgrades, and a posi mod with 3.91 gears.
I have ran my car at the track when it was stock, but not since I did the upgrades, and not on DRs.
My question is that what pressure is the best for the track, I live in South Louisiana and its 65 degrees. And does anyone use the competitive mode for launching? I have never used it before, but now that I got new axles and better tires, I was wanting to give it a shot? Just not sure if the higher RPM launch will break spider gears or melt stock cluch? My car fund is depleted for now, and would hate to have to trailer it home!

Avoid the water box and back in if your not running skinnies up front. Start at 18 and move up or down depending on traction.

If you baby your clutch you will be ok for now. But when you start to get more aggressive and try leaving at high rpms and slipping the clutch, it won't like it at all. You will need a clutch later.

add a line lock. NT05R's need to get HOT or they won't stick.

OP, Even with the good axles, still watch the launches. My diff went before my stock axles.

Strong diff options are very expensive.

Better have deep pockets if your launching the M6 real hard.
