Maybe 2014, new "Vette slated to come out with a DI, <hopefully shared with a Camaro in a HP upgrade like in days of old> Question, will the "Z" get it's return then? I'm starting to think so....<or speculate so>

They're the same folks that developed the wet-sump "conversion" available from GMPP...

They KNOW their LS7z! IIRC, they built the LS7 for the all-conquering Solstice featured in Hot Rod Magazine...

One thing I'd like to point out: the ZL1 out handled the Mustang largely because of the stiffer chassis, better weight distribution, and an independent rear suspension. I'm sure the MR shocks played a role too. Hmm ... where have I seen that before? That a lot of the mechanical stuff that makes the Camaro heavy, also improves its handling? That the Camaro is a better platform than the Mustang to make a great handling car? I'm not sure, but I think it some moderator on a Camaro website that has been saying that stuff for quite some time now.
remember me

Would the clutch be upgraded on the 1LE? I've heard the one in the SS can be an issue.

In the 1LE concept, I would have to imagine the clutch remained the same as the SS - as was the rest of the powertrain.
