barton pistol grip shifter help

I have a 2010 ss 6m and i got a barton pistol grip shifter and idk how to tighten it up when it gets loose when i twist it it tightens up in the wrong position how do i adjust it

put some teflon type tape on it so its tight where you want it.

There is an adjustable collar under the boot. Line up the shifter then screw the collar up to the shifter to lock it down.

Thanks got it fixxed the jam nut backed off tighten it back up driving again thanks
