Looking for a bracket to mount my plate to I came across a good idea. How about making a plate to mount under the car to then mount the retractable plate frame too? It wouldn't require any drilling into the car at all. Looking at this pic gave me an idea. And you could mount the retractable frame dead center in the front of the car???

Red arrows show the factory bumper mount screws and the yellow would be where you could drill holes in the plate to mount the retractable frame to that????
