BBK FULL LENGTHS 2010 SS.PICS/DYNO/VIDEO

Just a quick update from the BBK R&D dept.

We just went through the pre-release process of shooting the installation
video and writing the instructions for the 2010 Camaro SS full length
headers.

I have to say in all honesty that the full length install was the easiest
I've ever done. It's so simple I bet I could've done it in 1 hour (if I
wasn't taking pics and shooting video)!

Even better was the 26 RWHP & 25 RWTQ we saw over the baseline that was made
with the only existing mod being a cat back.

Even better than that was the sound the car makes with the full lengths
(with no cats)! Sound clip here-

Here's a break-down of what BBK will be offering for 2010 SS Full Lengths-
Chrome
Ceramic coated
Stainless Steel

Mid pipes choices will be-
Catted
Off Road

Why does the 02 sensor only read one cylinder on each bank?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I didn't get any emailed notices that there were replies...

I will get info to answer those questions on Monday and report back to this thread.

Those are prototype headers shown.

They had the bungs in that location temporarily to connect the o2's while we were waiting for our vendor to get us lined up with o2 extensions.

The production bungs are in the correct location in the collectors and o2 extensions will be included.

The boss is adding these to the 2010 price list, but has not come up with a solid $ yet. I will post the price when he lists it.

Thanks!

Initially we are going to offer 1-3/4".

Collectors are 3" with a non reducing ball and socket style connection to the mid-pipe.

As we do R&D on this stuff we make lots of changes in rapid succession.

The photos do show the cats and the acompanying reducers.

All dyno runs shown were made with the muffler delete. I may have caused some confusion by calling it a cat-back system in my post, but it's actually the stock mid pipe with out headers attached to it.

Muffler delete was on the car the whole time.

The results are before and after the headers.
