Need help identifying this!
Seems like some kind of headlight insallation left by the previous owner. Any ideas on what the blue colored box towards the bottom is (some sort of electrical box) Is it safe to leave these connections open in my engine bay?

Looks like a HID headlight conversion.
https://www.phastekperformance.com/2...-kit-nonrs.htm Click installation instructions to see. That blue-box is probably the ballast

Much appreciated! I already have an LED setup, probably will just get rid of these!
