Overkill tune

So I ordered an Overkill tune by will but I need a tracking number especially because my post office sucks and will send your package back if you don't pick it up. Anyway does anybody know how long his responses take and what shipping carrier he uses? (fedex,ups,etc)

I hate to disappoint. I ordered a throttle body and tune on March 28. I have yet to see anything or hear a response from Will (I e-mailed him a few times).

Looking on this forum, it seems that’s normal for Will.

Ya I noticed too its sucks that he doesn't even have a phone number listed on his site. Hopefully he replies soon though

Everything I have gotten from him, lot of packages, came UPS. Will be coming from Canada as well so factor that in when thinking about how long it will take on top of the normal delays in shipping across all carriers.

So I received my tune today ... but it didn't have my apartment number and it's says delivered on UPS app but where?? And now I'm stuck making a claim with UPS and my apartment complex manager says they didn't see UPS come which seems suspicious but I guess

Seems to be an upsetting norm. I almost wish I hadn’t ordered from Overkill. I’m a huge customer service guy and I find the lack of communication frustrating. I understand delays and whatnot but I do not understand no communication. I received my tune and AutoCal today. However I have yet to receive my throttle body (or even communication regarding said throttle body) from Will. I placed the throttle body order prior to the AutoCal order. Makes me wary on ordering the E85 upgrade kit. Hopefully Will will answer my latest e-mail.

Gotta give him time, it is a one man operation and it is a lot for one person to do with 1000s of people getting stuff from him. It may make time but it is well worth it, the car development and support I have gotten has made me one of the fastest v6s from him

I know it’s passive aggressive but I’m tempted to send him an email every eight hours hoping to stay on top of his incoming email list when he opens his email so mine is the first one he sees.

And just like that Will makes me feel and look like an ass. After all my complaining on here, the e-mail he sent me this AM was polite and professional and courteous and represented very good customer service.

That I agree. Don’t take on that many Clients if you can’t handle the load or higher someone part time to help out.

Waiting since feb

I sent him my driving scan in Feb and still haven't heard back..I've have emailed numerous times and no response. I do know he's busy but man I wish there were others to help him or even someone he can refer us to!

When you email him it helps to make sure it is under the same name and email that you purchased it with. I am not saying you have a mismatch case, just a tip
