You can always add a 2nd aux pump when you max the first.. change to aftermarket fuel rails and feed the 2nd straight to the other side of the rails. Trigger with a hobbs switch a few psi before fuel pressure drop off. It will cost about the same as a full return system but you will be able to do it in stages and upgrade the fuel system you already have.
