I'm having a couple issues. My phone and mylink won't stay paired more than a day. I apparently can't make or receive calls unless the radio is on? I hope that's just user error 'cause if not... Wtf?!?!? Also having the weird issues of mylink just saying my Music is paused and won't play anything.

It seems Chevrolet knows about the numerous problems with Mylink but does not consider these as promblems but as a non issue. I have been told from the field rep that they know about the issues but have no fix for now and no plans for a fix in the future.

Kristen, you did not reply to my issue, but if you read it I did reach out to your infotainment team who said go to the dealer which is the only thing they do, my dealer contacted Chevy tech and spoke with the field service rep in person. Bottom line Chevy knows about the issues with the Mylink as well as the Mylink-HUD issue, Chevy feeling on this is they know it is an issue but has no fixes for it and has no plans in the future to provide a fix.
