Thoughts on this cam package?

That seems pretty inclusive. It doesn’t specify what brand trunnion upgrade. Be careful with those. Check out Che bushing kit for the rocker arms. Also how many miles in car? May be worth checking out lifters and lifter trays depending on mileage

Seems like everything you need for a cam swap. I would upgrade to a ATI or fluidampr harmonic balancer while it is all being done.

Maybe try and figure out exactly what the cam is besides “rough idle”, I wouldn’t buy it if they won’t disclose that info.
