Help with E85 *questions* - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey guys! So I’m doing a full cam kit from VR soon, Johnson lifters and ati pulley. I have arh long tubes, and a rotofab intake. I wanna do the E85 flex fuel when I tune so I know typically you should upgrade fuel pump and injectors when you run e85. My car is a 1le so I believe it has bigger fuel pump and injectors from Zl1. Do I still needa upgrade?

Correct. 1LE has the ZL1 pump. Just get some injectors

What Bo said, you car should have the ZL1 pump but you will need to get atleast the ZL1 injectors. The 1LE's do not have ZL1 injectors from the factory.

FAWK how i wish i didnt have to drop the rear cradle to do E85 on my car! I have the CTS-V injectors and the FlexFuel sensor ready to go!

You might need the ZL1 Fuel Pump Control Module or if your tuner can reprogram your current one. ZL1 pump will operate as a SS pump with SS FPCM

No need for the ZL1 fuel pump control Module. I just did this upgrade. DSS flex fuel kit, 850 injectors, ZL1 fuel pump and a 93 and E-85 tune

Yup all you need is injectors. I went with zl1 injectors and also got an ADM FPCM. 1le owners are lucky to have a zl1 pump stock lol

I have a combo deal for flex fuel injectors and a kit for $475.25. They are factory 50lb flex fuel injectors, and I have the full characterization data for them.
