im sure he will chime in but I have the same springs/ sways. I never drove my car with the factory setup (installed at dealer before i picked it up). With these springs......it drives beautiflly. I live in an area where the roads arent the best but you wouldn know it from where i was sitting. Here is a pic of my car (iom) and a factory setup on a yellow.

I like the ride. I was worried it might be to stiff but it's not. I just got them on last night so I haven't got an alignment yet. Here is a picture on concrete:

I should have measured before I started, but I didn't. The other post I have seen on Phadt's drop springs and SS's state around a 1.25" drop.
