Correct me if I'm wrong. But if you have a weak sensor, it's really an issue until you start really adding more air to the motor. For example a cold air is fine. But a cold air plus a scoop and a larger throttle body might pose an issue.

Correct. With just an intake system you might be able to get away with a "weak" MAF and you might not. It depends on the system. But pretty much anything beyond that (scoop, ported throttle body) is a sure fire bet that the "weak" MAF is going to start acting up.

Another tune isnt needed one you swap out MAFs right? (If your blown)

Mine is acting up so i placed an order on Apex saturday for a strong MAF sensor lets see if that makes my car feel different from what i read.

Thanks for your order. If you have made induction upgrades and are having any of the surging or bucking then the "strong" MAF will fix it.
