WTS: Upgraded SS diff 3.90-LPW cover-EatonTT, DSS drive shaft, DSS 1k HP half shafts

Hi all,

Upgraded to ZL1 drop out so no longer need the following.

Pumpkin was just rebuilt with new bearings and Yukon 3.90 gear set. Break in is completed, just need to put it in with new fluid and should be ready to go. Had a gear whine before was reason changed bearings and gear set. Seems much quieter now. Has LPW cover, Eaton True Trac, Yukon 3.90 gears, Billet milled bearing caps. 500 ish miles since rebuild, 13k total miles on housing. Also includes BMR poly bushings, and a set of solid bushings.

Diff - Sold and customer arranged pickup

One piece DSS aluminum drive shaft for 6l80e to ss diff. Has about 7k miles on it. SOLD and Shipped

DSS half shafts 1000 hp rated ones. These about about 9k miles on them as well. Sold and Shipped

Also have a transflange for the zl1 rear swap that is for manual cars: Part number 22960154 Asking $75 shipped

Will accept paypal or check or postal money order. Or cash if picking up locally. Willing to offer discount on multiple items. Located in Greeneville TN.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Andrew

Not sure exactly, but most likely a drive shaft, maybe a different transflange unless you went with a DSS drive shaft built for it, and half shafts in case they are different. Not sure if the splines for the rear hubs is same as SS or not. If not those might need to be upgraded unless you get half shafts from ss diff to v6 hubs if they exist.

Most likely: Trans flange or Drive shaft, Half shafts and maybe rear hubs. Not sure as I haven't researched the v6 before but thats all I could see being an issue.

A noticeable amount of torque, A thread I saw stated that swapping to a 3.55 from the stock 3.27 adds about 27 ft/lbs of torque and having a 3.73 will give you 40 ft/lbs over stock. Taking that into consideration you currently have about 21 ft/lbs over stock and with the 3.90 you'd have about 52 ft/lbs over stock.

Thanks all for the responses, I'm working on responding in order I get PM's. I've gotten about 80 so far but working my way through the list. So please bear with me for a few. Currently Diff is spoken for unless shipping falls through, Drive shaft is also inquired about I'll be sending pics out later today to those looking at it and I'll update it here as well.

Drive shaft does come with all the hardware it came with and plates to mount from auto to stock ss rear for the 5th gen.
