Thats why I don't ask the guy trying to sell me the one part they carry for mod advice, I do my own research from multiple sources. Its kind of like asking a politician who's running for office who to vote for in his own election.

well got it put back together and a melling and ls2 damper(whatever u call it) on . big thanks to bobby @ kyspeed . the guy is probably the most helpful and knowledgeable person i know when it comes to ls series . its nice to have someone that u can trust and will go the extra mile for u and ur car.
gonna go pick it up tomorrow. i didnt have the new crank bolt and coolant or it would be done.
