"Anyone ever think of making a cold air scoop/ram air scoop that will force air up into your after market CAI box? I have a Roto Fab and see how I can simply rig a bendable spoon type scoop from just below the grill directly up into the Airbox for a direct intake flow. Just havnt had time to do it yet. Looks like a simple 45min project with no CAMARO cutting. Just need to fabricate the scoop and route it up to the crack in the Air box. No fuss no muss. Probably 10 or $15 in parts. "

Not trying to Jack the Thread, Just replying to the above comment. One has already been made and it is called the "ADM Race Air Scoop" I added it to the setup I have in my car and I Love It. Also if I had not already spent the money on what mods I have done to my car with the CAI setup and engine bay, I would be installing the Vararam CAI in my car.

Found it

Though it was less informative than I thought I remembered. xD

However, I saw another post that said that it could remain in its normal position.

Did some driving after installing the intake to let it learn. I got enough miles on it so that I could get on it a little bit. I have to say, it does sound mean, even on an otherwise stock car. The car feels pretty good. It still has some time to finish the relearn process, but it's definitely quicker. I can't wait to get to the track on Thursday to see what it does for the 1/4 mile time!

I'm going to mount it on the drivers side to help fill the spot where the stock airbox used to be.

If you want drivers side mount make sure to put it in your notes when ordering.

not sure if I should make my own thread or not but I have a pretty big issue.
I opened up my hood today to inspect the engine bay, and I JUST realized that something my dealer installed is right in the way of the Vararam intake!
The idiots over at my dealer installed an anti corrosion electrical unit thingamajiggor on my car. That apparantly doesnt really work anyways, but they also installed right in the center of the car where the gap for air for the Vararam would go. On top of that, the wiring that is already mounted for the system is cut to legnth so im not sure if I can even move them. I need to take a pic and I will tomorrow. Not sure what to do now

I do have an issue to report though. So I went to pull out on my way to work this morning and I gave the car some gas. Well the car left these black streaks on the road behind me. It didn't do this before the Vararam.
