This was my very first thought, when I saw the pics.

As far as the lid, it looks like it's pretty much a blank canvas that you can do just about anything with. I would think a bowtie or anything GM related would be a big no-no for licensing reasons alone. Plus it would alienate the guys that do engine swaps into other platforms. I think it would look cool if you named the intake and put it across the top. You could engrave or mill out the name and paint the milled area the name of the intake, a different color than the rest of it. It looks sorta like a Beetle. What is the weight, compared to the stock intake and Fast? Are the runner inlets radius'd, under the hood?

Just thought of this - will that fit under the gm strut brace? Or the zl1 brace?

Steve what are the dimensions of the intake height wise. From the rear to the front please, with the spacers please.
Thanks Zeke

Runners look short for a N/A car and no N2O kickoffs

Steve intake looks great. Can't wait to see more!
Hey Kyle, the two I was referring too are twin plenum single TB setups. One company is making it from a casting and the 2nd is composite. Don't want to hijack this thread..... now on the the regular programing. |

looks like it can easily be plummed for a direct port like the fast 102, but if it blows for heads/cam non fi applications then its not for me.

The good thing about aluminum is, you can add just about anything you want to it without too much trouble.
