17” race star clearance issues?

So, picked up a pair of rear 17x9.5 race stars for CHEAP. Threw them on the car and they will not clear the bolt in the end of the lower control arm, they’re also rubbing on the back of the caliper. My car has CTSV brakes on all 4 corners from the previous owner. Did anything change size wise on the rear brakes between the camaro and the gen 2 CTSV? I was under the impression that they were identical. As for the control arm, am I going to have to run aftermarket? The car is lowered on hotchkis springs so that’s probably why they won’t clear. Race star guys care to chime in?
